Description
Hartgroveās Trauma Program is rooted in Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment of traumatic stress. The program helps participants learn to identify trauma triggers, develop effective coping strategies, and reduce trauma related distress. Group based services address topics including:
- Anxiety management
- Affect recognition and regulation
- Cognitive coping
- Self-esteem
All participants receive comprehensive screening and assessment services. Individual counseling sessions are provided as needed.

-Service provided only to patients on Hartgrove's Inpatient Unit.
-Hartgrove accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, CountyCare,Harmony,Humana, IlliniCare, Magellan, Meridian,Next Level, and United Healthcare.
-Financial Assistance is available to those who qualify.

How to Apply
Call the 24/7 intake line at 773-413-1700 or go to any of the Hartgrove outpatient clinics listed during office hours. Patients will receive a phone or in-person level of care evaluation which determines the intensity of the counseling services provided.
