Description

Living Trees Center provides the community with comprehensive treatment for substance use issues. It provides basic outpatient treatment to a range of court-ordered clientele. Programs are available in several different intensities and include evidence-based case, 12-step support and aftercare services

Staff use best practice interventions and a pragmatic approach to treatment, and are dedicated to providing culturally, ethically, and socially observant services. The staff is fully bicultural and bilingual.

The substance use program is an outpatient program, which provides counseling services to individuals with drug and alcohol addictions. Specialized services for individuals who have received a DUI are available.

How to Apply

Call 773-294-3788 to schedule an intake appointment; no walk-ins.

At intake, an assessment will be completed to help determine which services best fit applicant's needs. An individualized treatment plan will be devised based on this discussion. Applicants should allow 2 hours for this and should bring photo ID and pay the cost of evaluation ($50 or less for mild risk; $100 for moderate or significant risk; $200 for high risk).
