Residential substance use treatment for Illinois residents ages 18 and older.

Drug Dependency • Addiction • Pregnant Women • Group Therapy • Alcohol Addiction • Substance Use


LSSI's rehabilitation services include structured educational presentations, counseling groups, & family counseling. Clients generally remain in the program for 25-28 days. Services are licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DASA).

-Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, and most private insurance plans are accepted. Some plans may be out of network. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits prior to intake.
-Illinois residents who lack health coverage or Medicaid may be eligible for services at little or no cost through funding from The Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (IDHS/DASA). Call 773-275-7962 for more information.

How to Apply

Call 833-610-5774 to schedule an intake assessment. Intake is generally available weekdays between 8:00am and 4:00pm. You will be accepted to the program if it is determined that residential treatment is appropriate.

Please bring the following for admission:

-Photo ID
-Any medications you are taking
-1-2 weeks worth of clothing (laundry facilities are provided)
