Campaign for a Drug Free Westside is committed to promoting a safe and drug free community by providing youth and adults with substance use prevention and intervention, education, and intervention services as well as social and emotional personal development resources.
The Recovery Support Program provides individuals in recovery with a coach to provide one-on-one support after the individual has completed substance use treatment. The coaching services can be provided in-home, or at various partner sites; this will depend on the individual's unique needs. Coaches help individuals define their goals for recovery.
-Clients must be in recovery, having completed some form of substance use treatment previously.

How to Apply
Call support services at 773-261-1421 to begin the registration process. After providing information, a coach will be in contact to begin the program. Walk-ins are accepted during office hours.
The program also offers group workshops called, "Life Skills", where coaches will go out to groups of 6 or more for presentations in settings such as churches, social service agencies, recovery homes, or treatment centers.
