Pilsen Wellness Center provides opioid maintenance to individuals experiencing heroin addiction or opioid use disorder. The OMT-Private Program offers Methadone treatment for participants who pay with private funds. The OMT-DASA Program provides services to individuals requiring IDHS/DASA subsidized treatment. The Methadone Treatment Program in Stone Park, Illinois offers similar treatment services to both subsidized-payment clients and private pay program participants.
Services include individualized assessment and treatment planning; acute psychiatric intervention in crises; medication training; medication monitoring and evaluation by a Board Certified Physician; individual and group counseling; support groups; case management and referrals; support in obtaining public entitlement program benefits; advocacy as well as aftercare for persons successfully detoxed from outpatient methadone treatment.
-Pilsen Wellness Center accepts Aetna, Illini, Humana, BCBS Medicaid, and Molina.

How to Apply
Clients should come to the facility to fill out an application during office hours. Applicants should bring a State ID and a medical card (if applicable). Paperwork will be filled out and it will take an average of 3-5 days to start receiving medication.
Intake can also be done by phone. A staff person will ask questions about insurance, etc. and will schedule an appointment, usually for 6:00am-8:30am the following day, when appropriate.
Cost is $10 week for those using Medicaid, for those paying out of pocket there is a $65 admission fee, and then $45 a week.
