Description

The North River Mental Health Center offers a full range of mental health services to uninsured people. The center helps to ensure that everyone will receive equal or higher quality primary healthcare services in their community, without impact to service delivery. Patients are served regardless of the individual’s ability to pay or documentation status – uninsured patients will not be turned away.
