Description
Healthy Start Recovery Home helps men maintain their sobriety and continue to receive limited treatment while transitioning to their communities. The program offers structured congregate living, an onsite counselor, group counseling, peer led self help groups, and referral to other needed services. Clients may remain in the program for up to one year.

Eligibility
-Must be at least 3 days sober.
-Must be employed or receiving Social Security benefits
-Must attend at least four twelve step meetings per week.
-Must complete 3 month on site intensive outpatient program.
-Must be an Illinois resident.
-The fee of $112 a week includes a daily breakfast and dinner. Clients must pay out of pocket, as insurance is not accepted.

How to Apply
Call 833-610-5774 (LSSI) for a phone screening. If eligible, you will be scheduled for an intake appointment or added to the wait list. Intake is available weekdays between 9:00am and 8:00pm. Please bring the following for intake:
-Photo ID
-Any medications you are taking
-Clothing
Please keep in mind that, as the program offers dormitory-style housing, closet space and storage space are limited.
