Hamdard offers supportive services for survivors of domestic violence. Services may include:

-Case management
-Domestic violence education for survivors and the public
-Immigration assistance (e.g., VAWA petition)
-Legal advocacy (e.g., court accompaniment)
-Order of Protection assistance
-Public benefits application assistance

A partner abuse intervention program (PAIP) is available for perpetrators of domestic violence.

How to Apply

Hamdard primary care and behavioral health patients may be referred to services following a screening for domestic violence. You may also request services directly by calling 630-835-1430 to schedule an assessment to determine what services best meet your needs. Documentation (e.g., police reports, hospital paperwork) may be required at intake, depending on the services provided. You will be told following your assessment what documentation to bring for intake.
