Metropolitan Family Services provides counseling and support services to individuals and families throughout their lifespan: seniors, adults, and children and adolescents. Specialized counseling services are available to survivors of domestic violence.

Please call individual locations for intake or more program information. For Calumet Center, please contact the central intake at 773-371-3642, M-F 9:00am-5:00pm and leave message if no one is available.
Specific MFS sites may provide all or only some of the counseling services by general age group. Some sites may accept new patients based upon the type of insurance they hold or other eligibility factors. It is recommended that you speak with intake personnel at specific site to learn more about mental health program offerings and eligibility requirements.
