Description
Suboxone is a narcotic prescription used for the treatment of opioid use disorder. It assists in addiction recovery by inhibiting the body's craving to use opioids, as well as minimizing detox and withdrawal symptoms. The medication can be taken in the comfort of the patient's own home.
The Suboxone Program at Chicago Treatment and Counseling Centers is administered on a 30 day cycle. Physical, mental, and emotional health conditions are evaluated before the program begins, at various intervals during the program, and after all of the treatments have been completed.

- Private pay only.
- There is a $250 enrollment fee and $175 monthly fee. Fees do not include the cost of the medication.

How to Apply
Call your preferred location directly to schedule an intake appointment. You must bring the following documentation:
- Photo ID
- Social Security card (if available)
The intake process includes a comprehensive evaluation and physical exam by clinical and medical staff. Once the evaluation is completed, a prescription is written to obtain Suboxone from a local pharmacy.You will need to return within one week for a follow up visit, and at least once per month thereafter.
