Description
The Behavioral Services Center offers a 26-week Partner Abuse Intervention Program .Those who have been mandated or court-ordered to complete domestic violence classes by the Circuit Court of Cook County can complete classes through the Behavioral Services Center. Classes are designed to help domestic violence offenders recognize behaviors that lead to violence and challenge the justification and normalization of violence, the belief of male entitlement, and oppressive belief systems. This program is licensed by the state of Illinois.

Eligibility
-For residents of the North or Northwest side of Chicago and the Northern suburbs (Glenview, Niles, Golf, Wilmette, Winnetka, Evanston, and the rest of the Northshore)
-There is a fee of $150 for the initial evaluation and $50 per session thereafter.
-Behavioral Services Center accepts most major PPO and Medicaid managed care insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CountyCare, Harmony, Humana, IlliniCare,Meridian, Molina, and NextLevel.

How to Apply
You may be either court mandated or self-referred. Call 847-673-8577 to inquire or register for classes. You must complete an evaluation before beginning classes. Enrollment is always open.
