12 Step • Substance Use Counseling
Description
A Safe Haven (formerly known as Chicago Christian Industrial League) provides Drug and Alcohol Treatment services for court mandated adults. The program offers Level I (intensive outpatient) and Level II (outpatient) treatment and is based on a 12 step model. Services include substance use counseling, substance use education, group therapy, on site 12 step groups, and life skills training. Clients are typically in the program for 6 months.

- Accepts Medicaid,(including County Care), Medicare, and private insurance, as well as uninsured, indigent clients.

You must by the court system and/or referred by Chicago Department of Family and Support Services Community Service Centers. Self referrals are not accepted. Call 773-435-8300 to schedule an appointment. You must bring the following to your appointment:
