Behavioral Health Services at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center offers a variety of mental health and substance use treatment programs for children, adolescents, and adults. Programs include:
-Therapeutic and support groups for adults
-Outpatient and intensive outpatient youth programs
-Doorways programs for adolescents and adults
-Clean Start substance use services
-Inpatient mental health treatment for adults
-Psychiatric evaluation and treatment

Eligibility
-Advocate accepts a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Behavioral Health, Medicaid, Medicare, Meridian, Molina, and United Healthcare. Referral may be required for some insurance plans.
-Financial assistance is available to those who qualify.

How to Apply
Call 773-296-3220 for an eligibility screening and to schedule an appointment. A wait list may apply. Please bring the following documentation:
-Photo ID
-Insurance card
-List of all medications you are taking
-Primary care provider's name and contact information
If you have a referral from an Advocate provider, you can also walk in during First Access hours (Monday-Thursday 10:00am-5:00pm, Friday 10:00am-2:00pm) for triage and scheduling. Please arrive at least 90 minute prior to closing time.
Behavioral health professionals are available through the 24-Hour Crisis line at 773-296-5380, or through Emergency Department triage services.
