Metropolitan Family Services Domestic Violence Clinical Services is an early intervention program for survivors of partner abuse and their children. Services include counseling, case management, safety planning, information and referral, and domestic violence education.

How to Apply

Call the intake line at 312-986-4000 weekdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm to complete the intake screening and schedule an orientation session. If no one is available, leave a voicemail with your name and telephone number (repeat two times) and a staff member will call you back within 48 business hours. You can also walk in weekdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm for intake and orientation. You will be contacted by a therapist to schedule an initial session.Please bring a photo ID if available. A wait list for services applies.

Counseling hours are as follows:

-Midway: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-8:00pm (last appointment at 7:00pm), Fridays by appointment only
