Through the supportive services program, residents have access to an array of services. Counseling services and weekly forums addressing issues related to substance abuse and addiction are available for those in recovery from alcohol/drug addiction. Computer training instruction helps residents improve employment skills. In addition, assessments of residents’ medical needs are also addressed by providing health screenings, annual flu shots, TB testing, diabetes testing, dental referral and referrals to physicians and specialists. Referrals to outside services and transportation assistance are provided.
- Must be currently experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness.

How to Apply
A referral from any city department is required to access the Supportive Housing Program. Clients may drop off the referral at the front desk, opened 24hrs a day. Clients will be placed on the waiting list. Please call 773-435-8300 with additional questions and/or to check the status of the waiting list.
