Trilogy offers affordable counseling for individuals of all ages. Services are provided by Master's level clinicians and include counseling for individuals and families, group therapy, and brief therapy for individuals in crisis. Clinicians are trained in the treatment of substance use disorders and trauma and specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Please review the "How to Apply" section for specific information on Adult and Youth Services.
Violence Prevention: we also provide preventative services through our Mental Health Juvenile Justice (MHJJ) Diversion program.
Location: Home/School/Community (community-based services)
Services: mental health screenings; referrals to programs to address needs of youth and family; specific to youth who are involved in the justice system (e.g., arrested, police called, court-involved) or at-risk of involvement (e.g., substance use, gang involvement, aggression at school, suspended)
Accepted Insurance: this service to no-cost to any individual, as long as they reside in Cook County (no insurance is needed)
-Trilogy accepts the following Medicaid managed care plans: Aetna Better Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, County Care, Humana MMAI, IlliniCare, Meridian, Molina, Next Level, and straight Medicaid.
-Uninsured Chicago residents may be eligible for services at no cost to them. Please call to inquire.

How to Apply
Due to limited program capacity, it is recommended that you call the intake line at 773-382-4060 before coming in for intake to confirm service availability and your eligibility for services. No wait list is maintained when the program is at capacity.
Walk in during open access hours to begin the intake process. No documentation is required, but an insurance card is requested if available. Intake is available on a first come, first served basis at the following times and locations:
-Trilogy Main Office (Rogers Park): Monday through Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm
-Trilogy Brighton Park: Monday 12:00pm-3:00pm
-Logan Square Neighborhood Association: Friday 10:00am-11:30am
Services are generally provided at the main office. In home services are available by request.
