How to Apply
Call 800-656-4673 (HOPE) day or night for assistance. You will be connected to a local affiliate network. If you choose, you can enter a zip code to find the nearest service provider.
While almost all callers are connected directly to a counselor, a handful of RAINN local affiliates use an answering service after regular business hours. In these cases, you may choose to leave a phone number with the answering service, or call back during business hours. If you choose to leave a callback number, the number will be kept confidential and given directly to a counselor.
You may also access 24/7 help via online chat.
