Mercy offers a continuum of therapy to meet individual needs. Programs help patients find and learn practical skills to treat and cope with a number of behavioral concerns and life's problems including:

Eligibility

-Accepted insurance plans include many private HMO and PPO plans,as well as some Medicaid and Medicare plans. Intake workers will help patients determine if their plan is accepted.
-Adult Inpatient Unit only.

How to Apply

Call the 24-hour assessment and referral line at 312-567-2219. You will receive an assessment for the IOP or the chemical dependency IOP level of care or inpatient treatment if needed within one or two days.

To schedule an appointment at the outpatient mental health clinic, call 312-567-2341 M-F 9:00am-4:30pm. As of April 2018, the wait list for outpatient adult services is approximately 3 months. Outpatient wait list for children and adolescents is 3-6 weeks.
