Description

The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program offers methadone maintenance for adults with opioid addiction. Methadone is a long term treatment that, when taken daily, helps reduce drug cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Clients participate in weekly counseling and group sessions to support long term recovery. Aftercare services are available.

Eligibility

-Accepts Medicaid managed care plans.
-Self-pay clients are welcome. Fees are $100 for intake and $50 per week.
-Must submit to random drug screenings.

How to Apply

Call 312-948-0200 to schedule an intake appointment or be added to the wait list. A physical exam is required as part of the intake process and must be done through Caritas Central Intake. You must bring the following documentation to your appointment:

-Photo ID
-Social Security card
-Insurance card, if applicable
