Symetria Recovery offers medication assisted treatment for adults with substance use disorders. The program dispenses buprenorphine (e.g., Suboxone), naltrexone (Vivitrol), and methadone from an in house pharmacy. These medications are prescribed based on each client's needs to help block drug effects, treat withdrawal symptoms, and reduce the chance of relapse. Physicians are on call 24 hours a day. Treatment is individualized and may also include:
-Evidence-based counseling: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Sobriety
-Pain management strategies
Symetria is licensed by the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse (DASA) and accredited by CARF.
-Prospective clients must be in active withdrawal at intake due to the use of Suboxone as a treatment.
-Symetria is in network with most PPO plans. Most HMO plans are out of network, but clients can generally get authorization.
-Self-pay clients are accepted. The fee is $275 for induction and $85 per week thereafter. Fees are subject to change.
-Spanish speaking staff are available at the Naperville and Des Plaines locations only.

During your appointment, you will undergo a comprehensive medical and behavioral health assessment. If your assessment results indicate that medication assisted treatment is appropriate, you will be admitted to the program and begin treatment the same day. There is no wait list for services.
