Description
Northwestern Medicine offers detoxification, inpatient residential treatment or rehabilitation to help individuals overcome drug or alcohol addiction. Services are designed for adults ages 18 and older and include:
- Medical management for detoxification
- A team of addiction specialists (physicians, social workers and certified addiction counselors)
- Coordination of all treatment and support services
- Educational programs to offer tools and insights for healthier functioning
- Dual diagnosis treatment to address combined addiction and mental health issues
- Suboxone® treatment for narcotic (heroin and prescription drugs) or opioid addiction
