Description
The Women’s Treatment Program is a 16-bed, Medicaid Certified; DASA licensed ASAM Level III.5 – Clinically Managed High-Intensity residential treatment program for women. The Women’s Residential program has a variable length of stay.
Services include:
-Substance treatment (minimum 25 hours of treatment services per week)
-Therapeutic Group
-Didactic Group
-Individual Session
-Alcohol, Medication and Older Adults Curriculum
-Circle of Wholeness: An Addiction Prevention Curriculum
-Recreational Therapy
-Pre/Post test HIV counseling and HIV testing
-Case-Management
-Domestic Violence services
-On site self-help meeting
-Individual Counseling for Sexual Abuse Issues
-individual Counseling for Childhood Abuse Issues

Eligibility
-Some funding is available through Illinois DAFA program (Drug/Alcohol Family Assistance) for people with no income or otherwise unable to afford services.
-Undocumented individuals can be accommodated. No documentation required.

Services are by appointment only. Call 312-226-7984, ext. 480 for intake. Patients must complete an initial assessment to determine that this program is right for them or if another is more appropriate.
Must provide the following:
- Photo ID (preferred but not required).
- Any medication patients might be taking.
