Rosecrance’s Frankfort Office offers assessments, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a prevention and early invention program (PEI) for patients seeking substance use treatment.

How to Apply

Services are offered by appointment only. To make a referral or to schedule an appointment, call the switchboard at (815) 391-1000 and ask to be connected to the Frankfort office.

Consultation and assessment services are offered for free.

Drug testing is done for a small fee.

The intensive outpatient treatment may be billed towards insurance. Participant must provide insurance information. Medicaid recipients should present their Medicaid card to determine benefits.
