Description

Chicago Treatment & Counseling Centers, Inc. offers a DUI program for adults. The program helps reduce the incidence and prevalence of substance/alcohol abuse and DUI offenses by providing clients with assessment, education, early intervention, counseling and treatment services. Services are provided based on client need. Programs include:

-Level I (Minimal Risk): 10 hours of risk education
-Level II M (Moderate Risk): 10 hours of risk education and 12 hours of early intervention
-Level II S (Severe Risk): 10 hours of risk education and 20 hours of treatment
-Level III (High Risk): 75 hours intensive outpatient services

Eligibility

-There is a $200 fee for initial evaluation and $150 for updated evaluations.
-Program fees are as follows: $150 for Level I, $350 for Level II M, $775 for Level II S, and $2000 for Level III.
-Aftercare sessions are available for a fee of $40 per hour.
- Payment plans are available for those in need.

How to Apply

Call 708-656-9500 to begin the registration process. You must provide a driving abstract and documentation of blood alcohol content (or refusal of testing) at the time of arrest for the evaluation.

Class scheduling is flexible. Daytime, evening, and weekend classes are available.
