Description

Cook County Health and Hospitals System Department of Psychiatry provides mental health services in hospital, primary care, psychiatric specialty, school-based, and correctional settings. The Department of Psychiatry contains the following sub-specialties:

  • Adult Outpatient Psychiatry
  • Child & Adult ADHD
  • Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Neuropsychological Assessment
  • Correctional Psychiatric services

Treatment is available for a range of psychiatric disorders, including

  • Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders
  • Mood Disorders
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Somatoform Disorders
  • Dissociative Disorders
  • Eating Disorders
  • Sleep Disorders
  • Adjustment Disorders

  • HIV-specific psychiatry is offered at CORE Center.
  • Morton East Adolescent Health Center serves students in District 201.
