Description

CAASE offers legal support to adolescent and adult survivors of sexual violence and sexual exploitation. Services include accompaniment to police and prosecutor interviews, legal advocacy, and referral to other needed services (such as housing). Staff also represent clients in civil litigation suits against perpetrators and facilitators of sexual harm, including pursuit of a Civil No Contact Order.

Eligibility

-For survivors of sexual assault, rape, forced prostitution, human trafficking, and gender-based violence.
- CAASE does not handle divorce or custody litigation.
