Description
The Stickney Public Health District, Behavioral Health Division provides a person-centered behavioral health treatment approach that assists the person with focusing on managing symptoms of mental disorders and achieving a greater level of functioning. Through therapy, case management, and psychiatric services, they partner with persons in order to establishing individual goals and choosing the best treatment options.

Eligibility
- Residents 18 years of age and older need to obtain a Stickney Township identification card to obtain services. Proof of residency is required to obtain this card. Three forms of identification are requested, one being a current government issued photo ID.

Payment
How to Apply
Call 708-424-9200 x 2118 and ask for behavioral health to schedule initial intake assessment. Initial assessments are done Tuesday 11:00am, Wednesday 10:00am, and Thursday 2:00pm. Appointments are available approximately 3-4 weeks out once intake is complete.
Crisis services are available through the Behavioral Health Division, or by calling 708-681-4357 evenings or weekends.
