Austin Health Center offers many different services for individuals and families. Services include HIV/AIDS care, primary care, pediatrics, and prenatal care.
Austin Health Center also offers a limited buprenorphine (Suboxone) substance use treatment program for patients of the clinic. Patients must be referred to the program by their physician and call 773-826-9927 during business hours to see if slots are available. Other Cook County health care members should contact their clinic social worker to see what programs are available.
