Participants learn strategies for managing anger, identify unique anger triggers, and develop alternatives to violence in a nonjudgmental and education-driven group setting. The program consists of 4 classes that are each 2 hours in length.
- Does not bill insurance but provides receipt so that client can apply directly to their insurance for reimbursement
- $100 intake fee, $50 per session for 4 weekly sessions; total cost is $300.
