Description
Mercy’s Alcohol and Drug Dependency Program (ADDP) offers intensive outpatient substance use treatment. Services include:
-Group therapy
-Random drug screenings
-Psychiatric care for patients with a dual diagnosis
-Referral to anger management counseling, domestic violence services, parenting classes, and other needed services

Eligibility
-Must attend a minimum of three 12 step group meetings each week (outside of program hours).
-Mercy Hospital accepts a variety of Medicaid, Medicare, and private HMO/PPO insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Community Care Alliance, County Care, Family Health Network, Harmony, Humana, IlliniCare, Molina, and United Healthcare. Benefits will vary by plan and are subject to verification.

How to Apply
Call 312-567-2219 during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm) to schedule a level of care assessment. After the assessment, you will either be given a program start date or referred to alternate services. Please bring the following to your appointment:
