Description
Clean Start is an abstinence-based intensive outpatient program for people with substance use disorders. Group therapy topics include harm reduction education, stress management, problem solving, family dynamics, and relapse prevention. Individual counseling, SMART Recovery, and aftercare support are available.

Eligibility
-Clients must be free of any significant medical issues that would prevent them from safely engaging in treatment.
-Accepts the following insurance plans: Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareFirst, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Behavioral Health, Medicaid, Medicare, and Meridian, Multiplan, and PHCS.

Call 773-296-3220 to schedule an intake appointment with a behavioral health clinician. You must bring the following documentation for intake:
-Photo ID
-Insurance card
A wait list may apply, but clients with a higher level of need will be admitted to the program immediately.
