Description
The Partial Hospital Program runs five days per week for six hours each day, providing a therapeutic transition from inpatient therapy or as an entry level of care. The Intensive Outpatient Program runs 3 hours per day and offers either morning or afternoon programming for 4 days per week. Both programs work to return adolescents to a healthy level of functioning at home, school, and in the community. Areas of specialty programming include psychiatry, chemical dependency, eating disorders, anxiety and OCD, school refusal/school anxiety, and self-injury.

-Alexian Brothers accepts most private insurance plans.
-Medicaid is accepted for persons under age 21.

How to Apply
Call 855-383-2224 to speak with a behavior health specialist. If patient meets program admission criteria, he/she will be directed to hospital for an intake and assessment to determine appropriate level of care.
